Rev. William Baker Rector
The Rev. William (Bill) M. Baker is the 16th rector of Christ Episcopal Church AKA Christ Church San Marcos. He began his ministry in Tarrytown on October 31, 2021.
Bill loves living in and serving with the people of Christ Church San Marcos in Tarrytown. Bill was born in Virginia and raised in Nebraska, near the Wyoming border and 2 hours from the Colorado Rockies. He moved to New York City shortly after he graduated from high school and has lived in New York since then, except for the three years of seminary, when he moved back to Virginia.
Bill has two grown children; Meagan, who is married to Nicole and Justin, who lives with him in the rectory. He loves being a priest, but has always said that being a father was his first vocation. Bill also lives with his two frisky dogs; Sky and Laddie.
Bill says he is a mix of every place he has lived, and all the people he has known and loved. He enjoys nature and hiking in the mountains and he started to learn Spanish because his first partner was born and raised in Mexico. He is huge sports fan and he cheers for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Denver Broncos, New York Knicks, and his beloved Yankees. He also enjoys good food and traveling.
Bill possess a heart for social justice and believes his primary ministry is one of love. He welcomes you to Christ Church San Marcos and wants you to know that you have a home here.

Dr. Jiyoung Jeoung Music Director
Dr. Jiyoung Jeoung has concertized throughout the US, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Korea.
A church musician, Dr. Jeoung has served as music director, organist, and pianist for more than 30 years. Also, she taught piano and organ for more than 20 years at various universities, including: Jilin University of Zhuhai (China), Huntington University (Indiana) Grace College (Indiana) and Ball State University (Indiana). Dr. Jeoung holds a doctorate degree in piano/organ performance from Ball State University and master’s degree from Ewha Woman’s university in Seoul, Korea. She enjoys having lots of tea.

(The Rev. Dn.) Dorothée R. Caulfield Parish Administrator
Dorothée came to be the Parish Administrator after the retirement of the beloved Grae in October 2019, after having been a Parish Admin for another church for 17 years. In the community she has been a parent advocate in the local school system, a hospice volunteer, and an on-call ER/CCU chaplain, she presently serves as a board member and volunteer with the Ossining Prison Ministry, Inc. which serves Sing Sing prison. She represents Grace Episcopal Church with BOMA the Briarcliff Ossining Ministerial Association an interfaith organization in Ossining. She is also a Spiritual Director meeting with directees in person as well as online. She also co-mentors an EfM class online. She has been honored to serve on the Bishop’s Diaconal Committee, as well as a recently re-elected member of the Diocesan Council. Among her side hustles she also works for The Guild for Spiritual Guidance as Assistant to the Apprenticeship Program from which she graduated in 2016.
